Winter Nights at Slane Castle - Friday 8th December

Join us at Slane Castle Estate with a special dinner in our Gandon Room Restaurant. It’s a celebration of Rock Farm organic and local produce from the Boyne Valley. The evening begins in Browne’s Bar with a signature Boyne Valley Sharing Board accompanied by a special Slane Whiskey Cocktail. The remaining four courses are served in the Gandon Room Restaurant.

The Castle Collection features 5 Ensuite Bedrooms on the First Floor of Slane Castle.

Dining T&Cs:

• All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
•      Dining experience covers a Slane Whiskey Cocktail, Boyne Valley Sharing Board, 5-course set meal including starter, soup, main course sharing platter, dessert, Tea & coffee. See menu details.
• Any & all dietary requirements must be confirmed at time of booking. An alternative vegetarian/vegan option will be prepared for the number of guests advised in advance.
• Bookings are limited and you may be seated at a table with other parties.
• Welcome Reception will take place in Browne’s Bar from 6.30pm to 7.00pm.
• Dinner will begin at 7.00pm sharp so please ensure to arrive a minimum of 10 minutes beforehand
• Ample parking is available in the Slane Whiskey Distillery car park and overflow car park.
• There are limited services available in Slane village so please make sure all taxis are prebooked.

Accommodation T&Cs:

Slane Castle is a family home and as such does not function as a hotel.

There is no in-house phone service or concierge. We also do not operate room service.

• Advance purchase offer. Full payment is taken at time of booking and is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
• A maximum of 2 guests per room.
•     Twin rooms (2 single beds) must be requested in advance via email but are subject to availability
• Room allocation is at Castle’s discretion
• Breakfast is from 9am-1030am in the Gandon Room. Any dietary requirements must be advised at time of booking.
• Check-in: from 4pm
• Check-out 11am Sharp. Please drop your room keys to Castle Reception on departure.
• Parking is located at Slane Distillery located 3 minutes’ walk from Slane Castle Courtyard
• If taxis are required, please ensure to book these in advance as there are very limited services available in Slane village. We can provide contact information on request
• Please take note, you will need to carry your own European adapter for any equipment you will need to use during your stay.
