A Masked New Years Eve Ball by Otherside Festival

The producers of Otherside Festival proudly present ‘The Ritual’, a masked ball held in the historic Slane Castle this New Years Eve. For one night only, the doors will open to party goers held open to host an evening of culinary, musical and performance delights. This event is strictly over 21’s. No phone photography will be permitted.

Acts will include Krystal Klear

Sofia Kourtesis, Boots & Kats, SHEE, Billy Bunzari, EVE, The Midnight Disco, deejaytrainwreck Jenten, Tyvion Valentine, Mercon, DJ Chargesheet, Rory Sweeny, Marcus O’Laoire, Puzzy Wrangler, Surka, Rigz Castillo, Colin Perkins, DUFI, Karl Guest and AJ Ferris.

The event will be hosted in a tented structure within the venue’s courtyard, a historic room within the venue itself (which may or may not have hosted several iconic Slane castle afterparties) and a very special purpose-built underground nightclub which hasn’t seen the glimmer of a disco ball since the 1980’s… until now.

Attendees can opt in to secure their seat at an intimate dining experience which kicks off the evening’s festivities within the Castle’s grand dining room at 6PM curated by Crudo of Sandymount. Dining option tickets are priced at €160 plus booking fees and include 6 courses and drinks pairing. These will go on sale via Eventbrite on Tuesday November 28th at 10am. These dining tickets include access to the event and return buses.

For those keen on taking part in The Ritual without the dining experience, stages kick off from 6PM and tickets, of which early birds start at €59.50 plus booking fees sold through Eventbrite, will go on sale on Tuesday November 28th at 10AM. Access to the ticket link will be given exclusively to those who sign up to our mailing list at www.othersidefestival.ie one hour earlier at 9AM. Capacity for this event is very limited.

All tickets include transport via private buses to and from the venue departing both Dublin City Centre and Navan and will run every half an hour from 5PM for dining option ticket holders and 5PM for non dining ticket holders. Return buses will exit Slane Castle from 2AM. Ticket holders must avail of our buses to gain entry to the event.

Travel time to and from Dublin City Centre is approx 40 mins and 15 mins from Navan.

The Ritual will close for all at 3AM with return buses running from 2AM.
